 ln Day fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $20\,000 to support our internship
  program\, which pays university students to work with our staff in variou
 s areas throughout the year. They gain experience in our greenhouse and at
  planting projects throughout the state and develop employment skills that
  give them a leg up when they enter the workforce upon graduation. Many of
  our interns have gone on to have amazing careers in the horticulture fiel

 cated at the entrance to Maxwell Arboretum. The best way to get there is t
 o turn on to Dairy Store Drive from Holdrege and then turn right (east). T
 he Gazebos will be on your left. There is ample metered visitor parking an
 d handicap parking along East Campus Loop.\n\nWe will have refreshments av
 ailable at the conclusion of the tour.\n\nPlease be prepared to walk outsi
 de and bring water and sunscreen. We will be on paved paths for most of th
 e tour\, but there may be some uneven ground when we want to get up close 
 to the trees.
